These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and ollo4d (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your use of the ollo4d website accessible at ollo4d.buzz and all associated services, platforms, applications, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ollo4d Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, including any additional guidelines, rules, policies, or supplementary terms incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ollo4d Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on ollo4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of ollo4d, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ollo4d or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by ollo4d due to a breach of these Terms.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ollo4d Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party. ollo4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact ollo4d customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

By using the ollo4d Platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge that all gaming activities on this Platform involve an element of financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to any laws governing online gambling, anti-money laundering (AML), and the financing of terrorism. ollo4d cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity as required by law.

• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Platform.
• You must not transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the Platform.
• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from legitimate sources. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Malaysian authorities.

ollo4d accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as select cryptocurrency channels including USDT. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• ollo4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not reflect after 15 minutes, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.
• ollo4d reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

Members may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Gold and Diamond VIP Members benefit from priority withdrawal queues.
• ollo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if a Member's Account is subject to a pending investigation, bonus wagering requirements, or any regulatory review.
• Repeated withdrawal requests below the stated minimum may result in administrative fees or account review at ollo4d's discretion.

ollo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP-tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. The general provisions below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's Account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 8x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Wagering on Live Casino tables or sports betting markets may contribute at a different rate than slots — please refer to individual promotion pages for details.
• ollo4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by verified Members with accounts in good standing. Duplicate accounts, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• ollo4d reserves the right to determine whether a Member's betting pattern or activity constitutes bonus abuse. Such determination is final and binding.
• Bonus funds will expire if not wagered within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms.

All bets and gaming activity on the ollo4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ollo4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers, except as expressly permitted under specific market rules (e.g., event cancellation or postponement).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a gaming session, ollo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting lobby and may be adjusted without notice.
• ollo4d uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and slots. Live casino games are operated under strict dealing protocols to ensure integrity and fairness.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on a Member's device and the results recorded on ollo4d's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• For sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UFC markets — ollo4d reserves the right to void or settle bets as push in the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or subject to irregular result circumstances.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ollo4d Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities within the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in live poker or coordinated sports betting patterns.
• Using third-party software, artificial intelligence tools, or automated betting systems in connection with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event listed on the ollo4d sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ollo4d staff, customer support agents, or other Members.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other Members without authorisation.

ollo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

In the event of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, ollo4d reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following a review, eligible funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned in cases of confirmed breach.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ollo4d customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method following verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ollo4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any losses sustained through gambling activity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results, odds, or payout calculations attributable to third-party software providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events outside ollo4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or internet service disruptions.

ollo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ollo4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its Members. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from within your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion feature or to seek professional support. ollo4d will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not attempt to re-engage self-excluded Members with marketing communications.

Your use of the ollo4d Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in our Privacy Policy.

ollo4d collects, processes, and stores your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection standards.

ollo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ollo4d Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and ollo4d in connection with your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to ollo4d's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter in writing to our designated complaints team via the email address listed in the Contact Us section below. ollo4d will acknowledge receipt of all written complaints within 5 business days and will aim to provide a final resolution within 30 business days.

ollo4d's decisions in respect of any dispute are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. The existence of a dispute does not entitle a Member to withhold or delay any payment due to ollo4d.
